Serious FUN – Do you show up to every panther event in a great mindset ready to give your all to the practice, event or game? Competing relentlessly, attempting to make yourself better while also making others better by pushing the limits and holding everyone accountable to the same.

Pride and Respect – are you proud to be part of the Panther family? Exhibiting good posture while being respectful / grateful to teammates, coaches, parents, competition, judges?

Posture - Did you show up on time, fit, fuelled, rested and ready to perform, did you do the little learnings right and actually transfer them to game and life?
Leadership – did you show leadership qualities that inspired you on and off court? Seriously worked your butt off, showed respect above and beyond. Inspired others to work harder, got them pumped to play, did something extraordinary that others would like to follow?

Support – are you supportive of the team first mentality, and inspirational to help create an awesome feeling of belonging to panthers, a shoulder to lean on, decreasing drama, increasing cohesiveness? A person others want to be on a team with, on court with, on bench with and a party with.
